Realme is expected to launch a new 55-inch TV in India

We’ve been hearing about Realme launching a replacement TV for a short time now, and now we’ve some information from the corporate itself about the merchandise. The company’s CEO Madhav Sheth has suggested that Realme might be set to launch a replacement Realme 55-inch 4K TV in India very soon.

Realme could be set to launch a new Realme 55-inch TV in October

Taking to Twitter, Sheth shared a picture during which he’s standing with a totally packaged Realme TV. Interestingly, the box shows the 4K TV to return with a SLED screen. As per an IANS report, this SLED display technology has been co-developed by Realme and John Rooymans, chief scientist of SPD Technology (Spectral Power Distribution).

While the company hasn’t revealed any information about the TV yet, IANS during a report has claimed that the TV might be launched because of the company’s first 55-inch smart TV within the half of October. As per the report, the TV will use an eye-friendly SLED panel with an excellent ultra-wide color gamut and low blue light. The TV is additionally said to bring with itself support for Dolby Audio to supply a stereo surround effect.

The Realme TV comes in two sizes – the 32-inch version is priced at Rs 12,999 while the 43-inch variant costs Rs 21,999. Realme is giving a one-year warranty on the tv and a one-year additional warranty on the panel. there’s a 48-hour home installation available freed from charge, as well.

The TV could come with a 4K panel

Realme TV comes with an LED display board. The 32-inch panel features a resolution of 1366×768 while the 43-inch version features a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The Realme TV is powered by Android TV with no customizations, which suggests there’s a stock Android experience on the tv alongside the power to download supported apps from the Google Play Store. Google Assistant is additionally supported on Realme TV. The smart TV comes preloaded with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video apps, as well.
